One City Nine Towns

This idea of 'One City Nine Towns' was initiated by the city of Shanghai. It combines different European architecture styles. These living areas are made for the upper-class Chinese who have grown tired of the overcrowded city. But almost everything is still empty thus creating a sort of bizarre ghost town effect.
