An Artificial Wave

This is a design by Mesh Architecture for a pier in St. Petersburg, Florida. It has the shape of an enormous wave and it will harbor a theater, a concert hall, and space for exhibitions. We really love the way in which the structure extends into the sea, creating some sort of artificial beach.
